Job summary

Red Clay Consulting is seeking an Oracle WACS Senior Developer to lead the design, configuration, and customization of Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service solutions for utility clients.

You will work with functional leads and solution architects across the full development lifecycle, integrating WACS with OFS and GIS, while driving code quality, data migration, and scalable technical designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle WAM/WACS development and implementation.
• At least one full-cycle WAM/WACS implementation project.
• Proficiency in Groovy, Java, XML, and PL/SQL.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Oracle WACS solutions including business objects, scripts, and workflows
• Write and maintain clean, efficient code using Groovy, Java, XML, and PL/SQL within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
• Integrate WACS with Oracle Field Service (OFS), GIS applications, and other Oracle Utilities products
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, unit testing, and defect resolution
• Support data migration activities related to asset and work management data
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across WACS environments in a timely manner
