Job summary

HSBC in the Philippines is seeking a senior professional to lead the Group Chief Operating Office’s performance and change initiatives. You will coordinate across global operations, technology, and central services to improve customer service and efficiency.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and strategic people engagement, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements, dashboards, and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end change initiatives including automation.
• Strong programme/project management with cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with KPIs, dashboards and performance management.
• Collaboration with Finance for budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in Non-Financial Risk deliverables and EWRA.
• Experience establishing governance routines and controls.
• Experience coordinating people engagement and internal comms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change delivery and embed continuous improvement.
• Act as lead project manager for strategic programmes and cross-functional governance.
• Execute communication plans across Functions and Regions with executive-ready materials.
• Define and manage service performance metrics and dashboards.
• Support planning, forecasting, and reporting with Finance.
• Oversee NFR deliverables and risk management.
• Establish governance routines and documentation standards.
• Lead people engagement and internal communications initiatives.
• Support operating model improvements and organizational design.
• Provide strategic management support to Country COO and Head of Performance Services.
