Job summary

AboitizPower seeks an Assistant Vice President for Strategy to help guide portfolio decisions and drive BU strategies across the AP Office of the Chief Strategy Office in a hybrid setup in Makati. You will collaborate with AP Business Groups and Corporate Service units to deliver strategic results and foster community impact.

This leadership role emphasizes mentorship, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years combined experience in strategic planning and business process management; energy market modeling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the board of directors in portfolio strategy decisions and in developing BU strategies.
• Assist SBUs in technology trends, customer preferences and regulatory changes affecting strategy.
• Identify and assess new opportunities and advise on investments, JVs, or acquisitions.
