Job summary

AboitizPower in Makati invites a seasoned IT Strategic Business Partner to serve as the strategic partner of AP Executives and units for IT matters, acting as trusted advisor and single IT contact for assigned units.

You will collaborate with the Information Systems Group to deliver results, shape IT strategy, and communicate decisions to executives while driving business value and digital evolution in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years IT experience with 3–5 years in a Business Partner role.
• Proven experience leading technology-enabled business change and shaping service strategy.
• Strong relationship management across all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

IT Strategic Business Partner

As IT Strategic Business Partner, you will act as the strategic partner of AP Executives and their respective units for all IT-related matters, as well as serving proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact in IT for the assigned units. You will communicate decisions, priorities and relevant information to appropriate levels of the business regarding business requests, projects and initiatives. You will also contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Information Systems Group to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What You Will Need

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any 4-year related course. Masteral Degree is an advantage.
• Professional: At least 7 years IT experience with 3-5 years in a Business Partner position.
• Project Management: Proven experience of leading technology-enabled business change and influencing service strategy and putting the customer first.
• Relationship Management: Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization, skilled in written and verbal communication to influence and engage others effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop colleagues to high levels of performance.

Technical / Functional Skills
