Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an IT Strategic Business Partner to act as the strategic partner to AP Executives and their units on IT matters, serving as a trusted advisor and single IT contact. You will work with the IS group to deliver results, manage risks, and drive IT and digital strategy in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires 7+ years IT experience with 3–5 years in a Business Partner role, plus strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related 4-year course.
• At least 7 years IT experience with 3–5 years in a Business Partner role.
• Experience leading technology-enabled business change and influencing service strategy.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Interpersonal skills to inspire, coach, and develop colleagues.

As IT Strategic Business Partner, you will act as the strategic partner of AP Executives and their respective units for all IT-related matters, as well as, serving proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact in IT for the assigned units. Communicates decisions, priorities and relevant information to appropriate levels of the business regarding business requests, projects and initiatives. And contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Information Systems Group to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any 4-year related course. Masteral Degree is an advantage.

Professional:

At least 7 years IT experience with 3-5 years in a Business Partner position.

• Project Management: Proven experience of leading technology-enabled business change and influencing service strategy and putting the customer first.

Relationship Management: Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization, skilled in written and verbal communication to influence and engage others effectively

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop colleagues to high levels of performance
