Accial Capital is seeking a VP of Investments to originate opportunities and manage relationships across Asia, applying deep credit analysis, impact investing expertise, and structured credit know-how.

The role reports to the CIO, leads due diligence, memo preparation, and deal structuring, and represents the firm at conferences. Expect up to 20% travel; remote work with a preference for Southeast Asia presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in private credit or related field.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to ~20%.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate investment opportunities and strengthen deal sourcing.
• Lead borrower due diligence, structuring, and memos for IC.
• Execute impact framework in due diligence and monitoring.
• Support portfolio risk management as needed.
• Coach team members and share Accial’s approach.
