Job summary

The role involves analyzing laws, coordinating with regulators, developing policies, and delivering training to ensure ongoing compliance across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; graduate degree in a related area is a plus.
• Experience reading and interpreting regulations, laws and statutes.
• Experience interacting with regulators or supporting regulatory audits or inquiries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise and influence engineering, risk and TPRM teams on regulatory requirements and policies.
• Brief senior leadership on risk indicators and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze regulations, trends and enforcement actions to assess impact and gaps.
• Coordinate with jurisdictions to ensure global regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver policy standards and training to ensure compliance.
