Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Digital Fulfilment initiatives. You will work with technology and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end improvements across consumer and corporate banking operations.

You will mentor teams, remove blockers, support backlog management, and collaborate with fellow PMs to deliver scalable outcomes in a fast-paced, result-driven environment. AVP/VP level consideration based on expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Project Management experience in Financial Institutions.
• 3+ years experience handling Operations digitalization projects (>1mil SGD) in Financial sector.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within Consumer and Corporate Banking.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player within a broader project management community.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a knack for thinking outside the box.
• Self-starter with exceptional servant leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Proactive and innovative mindset, comfortable challenging the status quo when necessary.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
