Job summary

Bank of China Singapore Branch is seeking a DCM Syndicate professional to Analyst/VP level to support bond execution for Chinese, Singapore and international clients. You will work with DCM origination, sales, trading and internal stakeholders, reporting to the Head of DCM, Singapore.

The role involves pricing, market analysis, investor feedback, bookbuilding and allocation across USD, SGD, CNH/RMB, AUD currencies, with cross-border exposure in Greater China, ASEAN and other markets.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of relevant experience in DCM, Debt Syndicate, Fixed Income Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
• Good understanding of APAC bond markets, particularly USD, SGD, RMB/CNH and AUD.
• Experience supporting bond pricing, bookbuilding, allocation and transaction execution.
• Familiarity with cross-border transactions, primary and secondary bond markets and investor feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support DCM transactions for corporates, financial institutions, sovereigns and quasi-sovereigns across key Asian markets.
• Assist in bond execution from launch through bookbuilding, pricing, allocation and settlement.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on deal size, tenor, pricing and execution strategy based on market conditions, comparable transactions and investor feedback.
• Monitor primary and secondary bond markets and provide timely market updates and transaction comparable.
• Support orderbook management, including investor demand, order quality and distribution analysis.
• Coordinate with sales teams to collect and analyse investor feedback.
• Develop connectivity with institutional investors across Greater China, ASEAN and international markets.
• Work closely with DCM origination, Sales, Trading, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Ensure transactions comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory and risk requirements.
• Contribute to the development of BOCSG's DCM Syndicate capabilities across USD, SGD, CNH/RMB, AUD and other relevant currencies.

Bank of China Singapore Branch (BOCSG) is looking to hire a Debt Capital Markets ("DCM") Syndicate professional, Analyst to VP level, within its Investment Banking Division. The successful candidate will support the execution of bond transactions for Chinese, Singapore and international clients, working closely with DCM origination, sales, trading and other internal stakeholders, and reporting to the Head of DCM, Singapore.

Role Overview

The DCM Syndicate function supports bond execution across USD, SGD, CNH/RMB, AUD and other relevant APAC currencies, covering pricing, market analysis, investor feedback, bookbuilding and allocation. The role provides exposure to cross-border transactions across Greater China, ASEAN and other international markets.

• 2-10 years of relevant experience in DCM, Debt Syndicate, Fixed Income Capital Markets or Investment Banking.

• Familiarity with cross-border transactions, primary and secondary bond markets and investor feedback.

• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

• Experience with banks, securities firms or investment banks preferred.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
