Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Vice President, client account management to lead day-to-day servicing strategy for a portfolio of institutional relationships. You will be a senior escalation point, drive service consistency, and partner across investments, product, operations, technology and compliance to deliver scalable outcomes.

You will manage a high-performing team, set expectations, and deliver governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across global client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 14+ years of relevant experience in asset management, asset servicing, or institutional client service.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client servicing operations.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels and functions.
• Experience with organizational change and operating model transformation.
• Understanding of institutional client servicing, risk, and governance.
• Ability to balance client needs with operational requirements and controls.
• Experience handling senior-level escalations and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing client account management team.
• Oversee client servicing activities across portfolios to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues and regulatory matters.
• Partner with investments, product, operations, technology, legal, compliance, risk, and business management.
• Drive servicing initiatives and operating model enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
• Establish service standards, governance routines, and control mechanisms.
• Lead client onboarding, account transitions, and change initiatives with strong delivery discipline.
• Provide oversight of operational risk management and audit engagements.
• Analyze client feedback and metrics to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Manage capacity planning, prioritization, and business continuity readiness.
• Represent the function in governance forums with updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
