Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is launching Skybranch, a new customer engagement and distribution channel within the GAFA division. This leadership role defines the channel strategy, oversees compliance with MAS and AML obligations, and drives performance across Contact and Sales teams.

Responsibilities include stakeholder management, technology sponsorship for CRM and analytics, and delivering a phased transition to AI-assisted outreach while ensuring licensing and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance distribution or a closely related field.
• Experience building and scaling customer engagement or distribution programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements for insurance sales and financial advice.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven customer engagement strategies.
• RNF licensed (preferred; not mandatory but advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the channel strategy in alignment with GAFA objectives for Skybranch.
• Own compliance posture of the channel, ensuring alignment with MAS, PDPC and AML obligations.
• Manage cross‑functional stakeholders including senior leadership and IT.
• Oversee channel performance framework, targets, and reporting.
• Sponsor technology readiness across CRM, AI, and customer insight platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain Skybranch teams; ensure licensing readiness before launch.
• Oversee the transition to AI-assisted outreach and set quality standards.
