PRIME Philippines, a premier full-service commercial real estate consultancy, is seeking a Vice President for Business Development to drive occupancy and revenue nationwide. You will personally secure new clients, develop strategic partnerships, and expand corporate accounts across coworking spaces.

The role demands a hands-on leader with a proven record of closing major accounts and meeting aggressive sales goals, backed by a strong network among occupiers, brokers, and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with revenue/occupancy responsibility.
• Proven track record of closing major accounts and meeting aggressive sales targets.
• Strong network among corporate occupiers, brokers, developers, and business communities.
• Excellent negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve occupancy targets across coworking locations nationwide.
• Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across portfolio.
• Generate, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• Build a robust pipeline with multinational corporations, SMEs, startups, and tech firms.
• Drive acquisition of memberships, private offices, enterprise accounts, and managed solutions.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution and expansion.
• Develop workspace solutions addressing clients’ operational needs.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Maintain client relationships to maximize retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
