Job summary

Observe.AI is seeking an Interaction Designer to analyze spoken language data and derive insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance speech-based applications and AI voice technologies, improving customer interactions and outcomes.

Bring 2+ years of experience with speech analytics tools, strong communication, and a solid grasp of contact center KPIs. You will configure, validate, and optimize voice analytics to deliver ROI for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with speech analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of contact center KPIs and industry context.
• Project management experience to coordinate stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand pilot/POC client evaluation forms and map points of interest into the Observe.AI dashboard.
• Configure speech analytics tools to automate scoring for evaluations.
• Audit and resolve accuracy issues in voice analytics data.
• Provide thought leadership and refresh speech analytics configurations.
• Learn each client's processes and KPIs to apply analytics for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support deals and customer success.
• Translate requirements into configurations that demonstrate measurable ROI.
