Job summary

HRTx Inc seeks an experienced AI Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of conversational AI, with a focus on voice and virtual assistant technologies, within a dynamic tech-driven organization.

You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists and operations teams, and drive delivery from ideation to deployment, config Dialogflow CX/NLU, and optimize for customer engagement and scalability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in AI/automation or conversational AI
• Strong understanding of ML, DL, and NLP
• Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle: data prep, model development, deployment, MLOps
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Azure certifications (AZ-900/AI-900/DP-900) are an advantage
• Experience in scoping projects, defining success metrics, and delivering products
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap and execution for conversational AI and voice automation
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered voice and virtual assistants from ideation to deployment and optimization
• Provide hands-on guidance on Dialogflow CX/NLU configurations, conversational design, intents and fulfillment logic
• Partner with operations, CRM, customer experience and business teams to gather requirements and improve engagement
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, QA and other stakeholders to deliver impactful AI initiatives

AI Product Manager – Conversational AI

We are hiring an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of conversational AI solutions, with a strong focus on voice and virtual assistant technologies, in a dynamic and technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for conversational AI and voice automation solutions using Google Dialogflow and related AI technologies.
• Conversational AI Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered voice and virtual assistant solutions, from ideation and development to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance on Dialogflow CX/NLU configurations, conversational design, intents, entities, integrations, and fulfillment logic to ensure scalable and effective AI solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with operations, collections, CRM, customer experience, and business teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and enhance customer engagement through AI-driven automation.
• Cross-Functional Team Management: Collaborate with AI engineers, developers, data scientists, QA specialists, and other stakeholders to successfully deliver high-impact AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
• Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle processes including data preparation, model development, deployment, and MLOps
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Azure certifications such as AZ-900, AI-900, or DP-900 are an advantage
• Experience in project scoping, defining success metrics, and managing product delivery
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
