Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an AI Product Manager for Conversational AI to steer the strategy and rollout of voice-based AI solutions. The role focuses on owning the vision for automated customer interactions and driving adoption of advanced voice bots using Dialogflow CX.

You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with data scientists, QA engineers, and stakeholder teams, and define success metrics like sentiment accuracy and containment rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of work experience specifically within the AI field.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in defining project scope, objectives, and technical deployment (MLOps).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for voice-based AI solutions.
• Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, CRM, and CX teams to translate pain points into automated AI workflows.
