Job summary

Pontoon Solutions is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to provide customer service to clients, suppliers, and internal teams, supporting SOW managed solutions. The role involves assisting client buyers with record creation, worker tracking, and invoice processing within service contracts.

The position requires strong communication, data-entry and multitasking abilities, with a focus on timely updates and adherence to escalation procedures. Prior MSP/RPO or staffing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in an MSP, RPO, Staffing environment or two to three years in a service level/customer service setting.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, suppliers, and internal teams for SOW managed solutions.
• Assist with project record creation, worker tracking, and invoice processing of service contracts.
• Communicate client policies and escalate issues through standard processes.
• Maintain documentation of end-user interactions and data in the case system.
• Monitor VMS records, on-boarding and engagement status, time entry, and offboarding activities.
• Support with data maintenance and reporting requests as needed.
