Role Description The Visual Merchandising Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cainta, responsible for planning and executing visual merchandising strategies across RRJ, Mr. Lee, Petrol, and Bobson stores. This role designs and installs window displays, coordinates in-store layouts, and ensures that product placement aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating visual concepts, preparing display materials, monitoring store presentation standards, and collaborating with store management and sales teams to optimize customer flow and product visibility. The Visual Merchandising Manager regularly visits stores to audit displays, train staff on visual standards, and adjust layouts based on sales performance and inventory changes. The role also involves working closely with marketing and operations to support promotions, new collections, and store events.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for coordinating with store teams, management, and cross-functional partners.
• Sales and Store Management experience to align visual strategies with sales targets and operational needs.
• Expertise in Window Displays and in-store visual merchandising, including layout planning and display installation.
• Team Management skills to lead, coach, and motivate staff in implementing visual standards.
• Background in fashion retail, merchandising, or related field; experience with multiple brands or store formats is an advantage.
• Good analytical and planning abilities, with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Ability to work on-site in Cainta, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and seasons.
• Relevant education in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
