Qualifications

• College level education or equivalent required.
• Experience in visual merchandising, retail, or related field is an advantage.
• Must be creative, artistic, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in product presentation, store displays, merchandising techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, organized and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain attractive product displays based on brand guidelines.
• Arrange merchandise to enhance visibility and promote sales.
• Ensure proper product placement, display styling, and store presentation.
• Install and update window displays, promotional materials, and seasonal decorations.
• Monitor merchandise availability and coordinate stock replenishment with the store team.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales Associates and store management regarding display requirements.
• Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
