Job summary

Bayer in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant visual design across digital, print, and motion assets. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, review external assets, and enable team onboarding and upskilling, while championing AI-enabled creative solutions.

The role focuses on advancing design capabilities, process excellence, and operational support within the Visual Design Services team, with a global mindset and a bias for quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Advanced visual design expertise for digital and print.
• Experience in video, animation, or motion design; international/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex creative assets ensuring high quality and brand compliance.
• Manage end-to-end collaboration with global stakeholders and feedback management.
• Perform advanced quality reviews and adapt assets from external agencies.
• Act as trainer and enabler, supporting onboarding and upskilling of team members.
• Champion AI-supported creative solutions and video/animation best practices.
• Own and improve selected creative processes at GBS level, driving innovation and standardization.
• Support leadership with operational topics, reporting, and KPI-related activities.
• Act as back-up for team leadership when required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the R-Manager

PURPOSE

To deliver high-quality, brand-compliant visual design solutions while driving capability development, AI adoption, and process excellence within the Visual Design Services team. The role serves as a senior individual contributor with a global mindset, supporting both creative delivery and operational stability.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver complex creative assets ensuring high quality and brand compliance
• Manage end-to-end collaboration with global stakeholders, including requirements clarification and feedback management
• Perform advanced quality reviews and adapt materials delivered by external agencies
• Act as trainer and enabler, supporting onboarding and upskilling of team members
• Champion AI-supported creative solutions and video/animation best practices
• Own and continuously improve selected creative processes at GBS level, driving innovation and standardization
• Support leadership with operational topics, reporting, and KPI-related activities
• Act as a back-up for team leadership when required
• Perform other tasks assigned by the R-Manager

WHO YOU ARE

Education: Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Language: English proficiency at C1 level

Professional Skills

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Advanced visual design expertise across digital and print channels
• Proven experience in video, animation, or motion design
• Experience working in international or global team environments

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with video and animation tools (e.g., Premiere, After Effects)
• Strong interest and hands-on exposure to AI, video, and animation capabilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI image, video, and audio generation tools
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with CMS and content tools (eWizard, Website Factory)
