Job summary

Bayer in the Philippines seeks a Visual Design Expert to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent creative assets across digital, print, web, and video while advancing AI-supported design within the Global Visual Design Services team.

You will manage cross-border collaboration with stakeholders, lead quality reviews, enable onboarding, and own creative processes to drive innovation, standardization, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Language: English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced visual design expertise across digital and print channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex creative assets ensuring high quality and brand compliance.
• Manage end-to-end collaboration with global stakeholders, including requirements clarification and feedback management.
• Perform advanced quality reviews and adapt materials delivered by external agencies.
• Act as trainer and enabler, supporting onboarding and upskilling of team members.
• Champion AI-supported creative solutions and video/animation best practices.
• Own and continuously improve selected creative processes at GBS level, driving innovation and standardization.
• Support leadership with operational topics, reporting, and KPI-related activities.
• Act as a back-up for team leadership when required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the R-Manager.

PURPOSE

To deliver high-quality, brand-compliant visual design solutions while driving capability development, AI adoption, and process excellence within the Visual Design Services team. The role serves as a senior individual contributor with a global mindset, supporting both creative delivery and operational stability.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver complex creative assets ensuring high quality and brand compliance

WHO YOU ARE

Education: Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Language: English proficiency at C1 level

Professional Skills

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Advanced visual design expertise across digital and print channels
• Proven experience in video, animation, or motion design
• Experience working in international or global team environments

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with video and animation tools (e.g., Premiere, After Effects)
• Strong interest and hands‑on exposure to AI, video, and animation capabilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI image, video, and audio generation tools
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with CMS and content tools (eWizard, Website Factory)
