Job summary

SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency in the Philippines is looking for a Visual Execution and Production professional. You will craft high-quality artworks for social media, websites, digital ads, and print, with capability to convert to video and add light animations.

You will source vectors, stock photos, and fonts, perform post-processing, and ensure deliverables meet client briefs. On-site work is preferred, with flexibility to work remotely when feasible.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3-4 years of experience in a digital agency environment.
• Strong understanding of graphic design software (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Creative with ability to merge knowledge with business and art.
• Willing to work on-site if required, with flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality artworks for SVEN across digital materials (social, website, ads, mobile apps) and print materials.
• Convert certain digital materials to video format with minimal animations.
• Source vectors, stock photos and fonts; post-process assets.
• Provide inputs during briefing and understand company workflows.
• Ensure artworks are aligned with supervisor approvals and properly organized.
• Plan and deliver outcomes on time with efficient time management.

VISUAL EXECUTION ANDPRODUCTION

• Produce high qualityartworks for SVEN which are not limited to the following requirements
  • Digitalmaterials ranging from social mediacontent, website designs,digital ads and mobileapps.
  • Convert certain digitalmaterials to video format with minimalanimations.
  • Print materials ranging fromOOH Executions, Trade, retail, eventmaterials, and Print Ads.
• Produce high qualityartworks for SVEN on behalf of their clients whichare not limited to the followingrequirements
  • Minor styling andproduct photography
  • Sourcing ofvector, stock photo and fontassets.
  • Post-processing ofclient given and shot assets.

CREATIVE THINKING

• Provide inputs andideas during briefing to meet the overall briefobjectives
• Learn and understanddetails of the companys effective operationand workflow
• Exercise proper discretionin creating the design execution.

ADMINISTRATION ANDREPORTING

• Make sure allartworks created are aligned and approved byimmediate supervisor
• Make sure allfiles are backed up and the foldersare properly arranged.
• Take care ofequipment unit.
• Maintain and updatethe historical file of all creativematerial/artwork produced.
• Make sure alldeliverables are met and on time.
• Ability toplan and prepare for outcomes on the basis ofpriority an effective management oftime.

Requirements

• Preferably with 3-4 year of experiencein a digital agency environment
• A strongunderstanding of modern graphic design software,including products such as Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator andAdobe Photoshop.
• Notablycreative with a desire to merge knowledge and experience withbusiness and art.
