Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a Visual Execution and Production specialist to craft high quality artwork for clients across social media, websites, digital ads, and print materials. You will translate briefs into compelling visuals and help shape the project through creative input.

The role includes converting some assets to video with light animation, sourcing stock assets, and post-processing client materials.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Experience in a digital agency environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality artwork for SVEN across social media, websites, digital ads, and print materials.
• Convert digital materials to video format with minimal animation.
• Create print materials for OOH, trade, retail, event materials, and print ads.
• Provide creative input to meet briefs and source assets (vector, stock photo, fonts).
• Post-process client assets and maintain organized files and backups.
• Ensure deliverables are on time and approved by supervisor.

Job Description

VISUAL EXECUTION AND PRODUCTION

• Produce high quality artwork for SVEN on behalf of their clients which are not limited to the following requirements:
• Digital materials ranging from social media content, website designs, digital ads and mobile apps.
• Convert certain digital materials to video format with minimal animation.
  
• Print materials ranging from OOH Executions, Trade, retail, event materials, and Print Ads.
  
• Provide creative assistance in achieving the overall brief by which are not limited to the following:
  
• Minor styling and product photography
  
• Sourcing of vector, stock photo and font assets
  
• Post-processing of client given and shot assets
  

CREATIVE THINKING

• Provide inputs and ideas during briefing to meet the overall brief objectives
  
• Learn and understand details pertaining to the company's effective operation and workflow.
  
• Exercise proper discretion in creating the design execution
  

ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING

• Make sure all artworks created are aligned and approved by the immediate supervisor
  
• Make sure all files are backed up and the folders are properly arranged.
  
• Take care of equipment unit Maintain an updated historical file of all creative material/artwork produced.
  
• Make sure all deliverables are met and on time.
  
• Ability to plan and prepare for outcomes on the basis of priority and effective management of time.
  

Requirements

• Preferably with 3-4 years of workexperience in the related field
  
• Preferably with previousexperience in a digital agency environment
  
• A strongunderstanding of modern graphic design software,including products such as Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator andAdobe Photoshop.
  
• Notablycreative with a desire to merge knowledge and experience withbusiness and art.
  
• Can mustbe willing to work on-site ifrequired, but will otherwisehave the flexibility to workfromanywhere
