Job summary

SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency in the Philippines is seeking a Visual Execution and Production specialist. You will craft high quality artworks for digital and print, adapt materials into video formats with light animation, and provide creative support to achieve client briefs.

You will contribute to the creative process, ensure timely delivery, and keep assets well organized. On-site presence may be required, with flexibility to work remotely when possible.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of work experience in the related field
• Experience in a digital agency environment preferred
• Strong creative ability with a blend of business and art sense
• Willingness to work on-site if required or have flexibility to work from anywhere

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality artwork for SVEN across digital formats (social, websites, ads, mobile apps)
• Convert materials to video format with minimal animation
• Create print materials (OOH, trade, retail, events, print ads)
• Support briefing with creative inputs and asset sourcing
• Ensure all artworks are aligned with brief and approved by supervisor
• Maintain organized digital files and asset backups
• Plan deliverables and manage time to meet deadlines

VISUAL EXECUTION AND PRODUCTION

• Produce high quality artwork for SVEN on behalf of their clients which are not limited to the following requirements:
  • Digital materials ranging from social media content, website designs, digital ads and mobile apps.
• Convert certain digital materials to video format with minimal animation.
• Print materials ranging from OOH Executions, Trade, retail, event materials, and Print Ads.
• Provide creative assistance in achieving the overall brief by which are not limited to the following:
  • Minor styling and product photography
  • Sourcing of vector, stock photo and font assets
  • Post-processing of client given and shot assets

CREATIVE THINKING

• Provide inputs and ideas during briefing to meet the overall brief objectives
• Learn and understand details pertaining to the companys effective operation and workflow.
• Exercise proper discretion in creating the design execution

ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING

• Make sure all artworks created are aligned and approved by the immediate supervisor
• Make sure all files are backed up and the folders are properly arranged.
• Take care of equipment unit Maintain an updated historical file of all creative material/artwork produced.
• Make sure all deliverables are met and on time.
• Ability to plan and prepare for outcomes on the basis of priority and effective management of time.

Requirements

• Preferably with 3-4 years of workexperience in the related field
• Preferably with previousexperience in a digital agency environmentA strongunderstanding of modern graphic design software,including products such as Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator andAdobe Photoshop.
• Notablycreative with a desire to merge knowledge and experience withbusiness and art.
• Can mustbe willing to work on-site ifrequired, but will otherwisehave the flexibility to workfromanywhere
