SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency is seeking a skilled professional for client servicing and stakeholder management. You will build strong client relationships, translate objectives into clear briefs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost estimates for brands.

You will also oversee project timelines, budgets, and regular stakeholder communications, ensuring successful delivery and proactive issue resolution within a dynamic digital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client servicing and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate client objectives into briefs for internal teams.
• Proven track record in managing projects and budgets.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and rituals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain healthy client relationships and translate needs into briefs.
• Work with client and internal teams to develop cost estimates for brands.
• Monitor welfare of assigned brands and ensure timely billing and finance collection.
• Monitor projects to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders and troubleshoot issues.

CLIENT SERVICING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

• Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify, understand, and define the client's objectives and needs, and translate these requirements into a proper brief for internal cascade.
• Work closely with the client and internal teams in the development and creation of Cost Estimates for designated brands.
• Monitor and ensure the welfare and health of assigned brands.
• Facilitate the consolidation of required documents and materials needed in fulfillment of clients' Purchasing/Procurement departments.
• Ensure timely billing and collection of Finance.
• Monitor projects to ensure they stay within budget and procure necessary budget as needed.
