Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a General Manager to lead a premier waterfront destination in Metro Manila. You will own strategy, culture, and on-site performance across leasing, operations, marketing, finance, security, and engineering.

The role demands a track record of driving revenue, managing multi-department P&L, and delivering world-class guest and tenant experiences while engaging with government and the community.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in large-scale real estate or hospitality.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-department P&L.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, tenant retention, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end property management — P&L, capital planning, revenue optimization, long-term value.
• Set annual plans, occupancy targets, rental growth, and yield strategies.
• Oversee leasing, tenant mix, renewals, and expansion to stay vibrant and strong.
• Monitor budget, cost efficiency, and capital project delivery with data-driven decisions.
• Establish premium service, safety, and maintenance standards across all areas.
• Ensure facilities are maintained, safe, accessible; lead preventive programs.
• Foster a hospitality culture in every interaction, space, and event.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and government relations; engage stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with anchor tenants and brand partners for growth.
• Represent the destination to media, government, and community groups.
