Responsibilities

• KRA1 Virtual Relationship Sales Management: Tracks market share and drives MFD activation to achieve targets.
• KRA2 Managing Distributor Engagement: conducts joint meetings and trainings with VRMs and distributors.
• KRA3 Reporting and compliance: ensures 100% compliance with internal reporting and audits.
• KRA4 Manage the distributor servicing process: handle queries and improve service levels.
• KRA5 Feedback action planning & Digital adoption: implement CRM tools and digital workflows.
• KRA6 Continuous review of VRM processes: liaise with CRM/training teams for standardization.
