ProV International PH is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to oversee day-to-day IT operations and contribute to infrastructure projects across multiple sites and data centers.

The role requires 5+ years of network administration in a global environment, CCNP certification, and hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and data center networking. A degree in CS/IT is preferred, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT network administration within a global environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Hands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with data center networking and security best practices.
• CCNP certification is must.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and integrate network components (LAN, WAN, WLAN) to meet organizational requirements.
• Plan and implement network growth initiatives to support evolving business needs.
• Provide remote management and troubleshooting for network infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Utilize monitoring tools to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and preventive maintenance on network hardware and software.
• Maintain and optimize network connectivity within data centers.
• Analyze and resolve network-related issues on a 24/7 basis to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Ensure support for IT Operations by working on tickets (requests and incidents).
• Create and maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration records, and operational procedures.

Job description

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for both day-to-day IT operations and actively contributing to the planning and execution of infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our IT network infrastructure. This includes the installation, integration, and expansion of network systems, supporting business-critical operations across multiple sites and data centers.

• Installation & Integration: Deploy, configure, and integrate network components (LAN, WAN, WLAN) to meet organizational requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT network administration within a global environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in managing enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (CCNP) is must.
