Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Virtual Financial Coach to manage inbound client engagements for NEXT by BPI Preferred, offering financial advice on investments, loans, credit cards, insurance, and savings products. You will understand client needs, promote financial literacy, and deliver excellent service via virtual channels.

Responsibilities include handling inbound engagements, identifying sales opportunities, and cross-selling products while using Salesforce and Talkdesk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
• At least 2 years of banking experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, customer service, and cross-selling skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Knowledge of banking products and Account Profitability Analysis (APA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and customer engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Talkdesk).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and virtual engagements for NEXT by BPI Preferred clients.
• Provide financial advice and product recommendations based on clients' goals and needs.
• Identify sales opportunities through effective client profiling and needs assessment.
• Use Salesforce, Talkdesk, and other tools to capture client insights and manage interactions.
• Promote financial literacy and support clients in achieving their financial goals.
• Acquire new-to-bank and new-to-segment clients through virtual channels.
• Facilitate referrals to Virtual Store teams and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services while maintaining strong client relationships.
