Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in banking, sales, marketing or client relationship management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; proven cross-selling ability.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and virtual engagements for NEXT by BPI Preferred clients.
• Provide financial advice and product recommendations based on client goals.
• Identify sales opportunities through client profiling and needs assessment.
• Use Salesforce, Talkdesk and other tools to capture client insights and manage interactions.
• Promote financial literacy and support clients in achieving financial goals.
• Acquire new-to-bank and new-to-segment clients through virtual and omnichannel channels.
• Facilitate referrals to Virtual Store teams for seamless client experience.
• Cross-sell banking products while maintaining strong client relationships.
