Qualifications

• Onsite training in Makati or Binondo for two weeks.
• Must have Windows device with at least 16GB RAM and 500GB SSD on Windows 11.
• Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps from own provider.
• Camera with at least 720p resolution.
• Conducive working environment.
• PTR valid for 2026 and service invoice.
• BIR Form 2303

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual healthcare support through telemedicine platforms, assisting patients with consultations and scheduling.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
• Adhere to healthcare privacy and company policies and maintain patient-centered service.
