JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to translate real business needs into modern, performance-focused learning. You’ll create video-first content, interactive modules, and AI-enabled prototypes that help learners build confidence on the job.

As part of the service talent enablement team, you will design learner-centered multimedia experiences from discovery through launch, prioritizing accuracy, accessibility, and craft while collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of multimedia learning assets with emphasis on video and interactive experiences.
• Ability to create modern digital learning deliverables including video-based learning and scenario-based practice.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and applying them to multimedia design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to incorporate feedback professionally.
• Storytelling ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging learning narratives and practices.
• Proficiency with multimedia production tools (video editing, audio cleanup, visual design).
• Basic HTML literacy to read/edit simple HTML for interactive assets.
• Comfort using AI-assisted workflows to prototype and refine learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce video-first learning, motion graphics, interactive modules, and simulations.
• Lead end-to-end development from discovery to launch readiness, including scripting and prototyping.
• Prototype interactive assets rapidly using AI-assisted workflows.
• Build interactive practice activities with guidance and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to clarify performance outcomes and audience needs.
• Translate complex information into engaging narratives and visuals for on‑the‑job use.
• Apply learning science by managing cognitive load and designing effective practice and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects, driving timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Iterate based on feedback and testing to improve clarity and learner engagement.
• Ensure outputs meet accessibility and inclusive design standards.
