Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Manila is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to turn business needs into modern, performance-focused learning. You'll create video-first content, interactive modules, and simulations that help learners build on-the-job confidence.

You will own projects end-to-end from discovery to launch readiness, partner with subject matter experts, and apply AI-enabled workflows to accelerate prototyping while upholding accuracy, accessibility, and quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated portfolio of multimedia learning assets with strong emphasis on video and interactive or simulation-style experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce video-first learning, motion graphics, interactive modules, and simulation-style practice experiences.
• Lead end-to-end development from discovery through launch readiness, including scripting, storyboarding, prototyping, production, quality checks, and accessibility validation.
• Prototype interactive learning assets rapidly using AI-assisted workflows and lightweight coding practices.
• Build interactive practice activities that include clear guidance, meaningful feedback loops, and opportunities for realistic decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify performance outcomes, audience needs, constraints, and success measures.
• Translate complex information into engaging narratives, visuals, and practice opportunities that support on-the-job performance.
• Apply learning science principles pragmatically (e.g., managing cognitive load and designing effective practice and feedback).
• Manage multiple projects in parallel, independently driving timelines, prioritization, and stakeholder communications.
• Iterate based on feedback and light testing to improve clarity, usability, and learner engagement.
• Ensure learning outputs meet accessibility and inclusive design expectations (captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation, color contrast).
