Tavor Perry is seeking a Content Producer to craft luxury-brand posts, reels, and carousels. You will transform raw ideas and recordings into high-quality content using Claude workflows and AI-powered processes, guiding content from first draft to approved, scheduled posts.

The role is hands-on, creative, and focused on growing authority with women founders and attracting potential buyers, not just followers. You’ll work remotely with established brand systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Bring weekly content ideas with hooks based on performance and trends.
• Repurpose long-form writing into newsletters, blogs, Substack and social posts using Claude workflows.
• Edit reels with our AI reel editor and fix what AI misses.
• Design carousels and video carousels in Canva using brand templates.
• Create Instagram Stories from existing material, including polls and sequences.
• Turn podcast interviews into Shorts, clips, posts, and articles.
• Proofread all content and manage the content calendar from draft to scheduled/published.
• Send weekly approval batches and schedule only approved content.
• Respond to routine comments and DMs in brand voice, routing sales conversations to the founder.
• Run weekly trial reels and hook tests, log performance, and report top performers.
• Organize recordings and assets in Google Drive with clear naming and tagging.

Job Summary

Luxury brands are built on craft, and a brilliant, AI-savvy Content Producer will bring it to every post, reel, and carousel we publish. You will turn raw ideas, writing, and recordings into exceptional content for a luxury-market brand, working with Claude, AI-powered workflows, and established brand systems to produce and distribute content across multiple platforms. You will own the process from first draft to approved, scheduled post. This is a hands‑on, creative role for someone who enjoys experimenting, spotting opportunities, and improving how things are done. The content is built to grow authority with established women founders and attract people who could become buyers, not just to collect followers.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring weekly content ideas, each with a hook, based on what is performing, what is trending, and what is outperforming in our space
• Repurpose long‑form writing into newsletters, website blog posts, Substack articles and Notes, and LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram posts using Claude workflows
• Edit reels with our AI reel editor and fix by hand anything it misses
• Design carousels and video carousels in Canva using brand templates
• Create Instagram Stories from existing material, including polls, engagement, and promotional sequences
• Turn podcast interviews into Shorts, clips, posts, articles, and promotional content
• Proofread every piece for spelling, names, links, and claims, and keep the content calendar current (drafted, awaiting approval, scheduled, published)
• Send one weekly approval batch, plus separate requests for urgent items, and schedule only approved content natively or through a scheduler
• Reply to routine comments and acknowledge DMs in the brand voice, passing any sales conversation to the founder
• Run weekly Instagram trial reels and hook tests, log every published piece with its performance metrics, and send a Friday report on top performers, why they worked, enquiries received, and what to test next
• Organize all recordings, finished pieces, captions, and reusable ideas in Google Drive with clear names and tags, and document every workflow change

Mandatory Skills

• Daily, hands‑on use of Claude, with the ability to get high‑quality work out of it
• Short‑form video editing experience (CapCut or similar) and the eye to spot and fix what AI gets wrong
• Strong working knowledge of Canva for carousels and branded templates
• Solid understanding of what performs on each social platform, and why
• Ability to recognize when copy sounds AI‑written and refine it to a premium, human standard
• Experience tracking content performance (views, reach, saves, shares, follows, link clicks, enquiries) and turning data into insights
• Experience organizing digital assets in Google Drive
• Sure‑footed on details, prompt on deliverables, and capable of managing yourself remotely
• Strong communication skills, with the ownership to keep work moving without being chased

Preferred Skills

• Experience producing content for luxury, premium, or founder‑led brands
• Experience with Substack, newsletter platforms, and content schedulers
• Background in podcast repurposing (clips, Shorts, articles, promotional content)
• Experience with Instagram trial reels, hook testing, and content experimentation
• Familiarity with other AI tools and a habit of keeping up with new features and platform changes
• Holds the thread on several projects and priorities at the same time without dropping any of them
