Job summary

VA Masters in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, is seeking a proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to lead content creation across email campaigns, social ads, and short-form videos from our seasonal image library.

You will pitch original concepts, edit videos, and retouch images, working closely with the creative director to shape campaigns and brand direction.

Qualifications

• Proven background producing content and ad creatives for IG, FB, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image editing tool.
• A sharp creative eye and the confidence to pitch original ideas independently.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with little supervision.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Experience with Final Cut Pro or other editors.
• Background in fashion/jewelry/lifestyle content creation.
• Track record lifting email marketing performance or advising on strategy.
• Ability to steer multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

The position spans email marketing campaigns, social media ad creatives, short-form video editing, and content creation drawn from a professionally shot seasonal image library. We want someone with sharp creative instincts who puts ideas on the table — not someone waiting to be told what to make.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns each week, planning as much as a month of campaigns ahead
• Craft social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest from our seasonal image library
• Produce engaging short-form content, Reels and TikTok videos included
• Cut promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels
• Go over ad and campaign performance and assemble reports with recommendations
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas proactively
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use
• Partner closely with the creative director on direction, feedback, and final approval

Mandatory Skills
