The role focuses on editing effective video ads for performance campaigns, across raw footage, UGC, product clips and scripted concepts, with rapid testing and mobile-first optimization at the core.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience with performance-driven creatives.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
• Understanding of direct-response editing, ad hooks, CTAs, pacing, and retention.
• Ability to turn imperfect raw assets into finished edits with focus on testing.

Responsabilidades

• Edit paid social video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more.
• Build openings, story structure, messaging, captions and CTAs.
• Create variants from scripts, briefs and clips for testing.
• Optimize for mobile-first viewing including pacing and overlays.
• Handle revisions, file organization, QA and deadlines.

The Opportunity

We are building our priority talent pool for Video Editor (Paid Social Ads) opportunities. Edit effective, conversion-focused video advertisements for performance campaigns. Work across raw footage, UGC, product clips, scripted concepts and other media, building variations that support rapid creative testing.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Paid Social Video Ads: Edit paid social video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant placements.
• Story & Messaging: Build compelling openings, clear story structure, persuasive product messaging, captions, and CTAs.
• Test Variants: Create variants from scripts, briefs, raw creator clips, product footage, and existing ads for structured testing.
• Mobile-First Optimization: Optimize pacing, audio, text overlays, framing, and export specs for mobile-first viewing.
• Revisions & QA: Apply performance feedback where provided and manage revisions, file organization, QA, and deadlines.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio of ads or performance-driven creative.
• Tools: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
• Direct-Response Editing: Understanding of direct-response editing, ad hooks, offers, CTAs, pacing, and retention.
• Resourcefulness: Ability to turn imperfect raw assets and light briefs into finished, differentiated edits.
• Communication & QC: Strong communication, proactive time management, and attention to video/audio QC.

Bonus Points if:

• DTC or agency performance-marketing background
• After Effects or basic motion
• AI video generation, voiceover, or image tools
• Familiarity with ad performance metrics
