Job summary

Our Clients, a leading provider of fund administration and asset servicing solutions, seeks an experienced Vice President to oversee a portfolio of complex hedge fund clients and lead fund administration operations.

This role requires strong leadership, deep NAV knowledge, and the ability to drive client satisfaction, regulatory deliverables, and strategic initiatives across locations. You will mentor teams, manage escalations, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 8+ years in financial services, hedge funds, fund administration, or high-volume operations.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of fund administration and NAV processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hedge fund administration and NAV production for complex fund structures.
• Review and approve NAV calculations, financial statements, payments, and fund transactions.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for client issues, operational concerns, and year-end requirements.
• Oversee audits, financial reporting, tax services, and regulatory deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs, KRIs, operational metrics, productivity, and service quality.
• Lead new client onboarding, fund launches, migrations, and other business transitions.
• Identify staffing and training requirements based on business demand.
• Partner with internal teams and senior stakeholders to optimize resources and client profitability.
• Lead strategic and operational initiatives across fund administration teams and locations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
