Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in Ship Management.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting transactions for assigned vessels and update ledgers.
• Process payroll for crew and ensure timely payment.
• Prepare client invoices per contracts and monitor payment schedules.
• Provide monthly accounting reports and support management decision-making.
• Assist in internal and external audits with timely data gathering.
