Responsibilities

Ensure timely submission of reports and respond to queries.
Support monthly management reporting activities (e.g., reports to MD, budget variance reports) in collaboration with the reporting manager.

Contribute solutions and recommendations to Finance Managers to meet organizational goals.
Handle ad-hoc reporting tasks as assigned.

Prepare and deliver vessel financial reports, cash flow statements, and budget variance analyses; perform reconciliations of balance sheet and fund accounts
Ensure timely submission of finalized reports to ship owners and respond promptly to queries from Technical teams and stakeholders
Support monthly management reporting activities (e.g., reports to MD, budget variance reports) in collaboration with the reporting manager
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting
Contribute solutions and recommendations to Finance Managers to meet organizational goals
