Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems in a professional setting in Metro Manila, Philippines.

The role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and includes routine inspections, repairs, and coordination of work orders under close supervision to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations; report violations to Management.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
