Private Advertiser is seeking a strategic Senior Operations Manager to steer a major telecommunications account, owning operational and financial accountability, KPI excellence, and high-level client relationships. You will lead a large team of operations leaders and drive data-driven improvements across the business.

Qualifications

Experience leading Verizon campaigns in a BPO setting.
Deep knowledge of Verizon metrics, tools, compliance guidelines.
Proven track record managing 200–500+ FTEs in a fast-paced telco environment.
Strong P&L, budgeting, and profitability focus.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Direct daily operations across a large span of control, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets are exceeded.
Lead client reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR) and collaborate on strategic account growth.
Maximize profitability by optimizing resources and controlling costs.
Coach and develop Operations Managers and Team Leaders to reduce attrition.
Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
