We are seeking a strategic, high-performing Senior Operations Manager to take the helm of one of our most prestigious and large-scale telecommunications accounts. In this role, you will hold complete operational and financial accountability for a major line of business, driving KPI excellence, managing high-level client relationships, and mentoring a massive team of operations leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Direct daily operations across a large span of control, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and quality targets are consistently exceeded.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary operational partner for the client, leading Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR) and collaborating on strategic account growth.

• P&L and Financial Accountability: Maximize account profitability by optimizing resource allocation, managing operational costs, reducing shrinkage, and hitting performance bonus tiers.

• People Leadership & Development: Coach, mentor, and develop Operations Managers and Team Leaders, driving employee engagement strategies to minimize attrition and build a robust internal succession pipeline.

• Data-Driven Process Improvement: Analyze complex performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and implement aggressive, continuous improvement plans.

Job Requirements

Important Screening Note: This is a highly specialized leadership role. 1. Verizon Campaign Leadership: Minimum of 3–5 years of solid experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager explicitly managing a Verizon account (Customer Care, Tech Support, or Sales/Retention) within a BPO environment.

2. Domain Expertise: Comprehensive, deep-rooted knowledge of Verizon-specific metrics, internal tools, compliance guidelines, and unique operational expectations.

3. Span of Control: Proven track record of managing a massive operational footprint (typically 200 to 500+ FTEs) in a fast-paced, high-stakes telco environment.

4. Financial Acumen: Strong experience handling P&L, budget forecasting, and executing operational strategies that directly impact profitability.

5. Communication & Presentation: Exceptional English communication and data-storytelling skills, with a proven ability to confidently interface with global client stakeholders.
