Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a QA Analyst – Vendor Risk Assessment to support the Vendor Risk Management lifecycle. You will triage requests, coordinate assessments, log risks, and facilitate remediation while ensuring data accuracy and SOP adherence.

You will serve as the initial contact for internal requestors and external vendors, managing queues, templates, and status updates to maintain SLA and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in QA, vendor risk management, operations, or helpdesk/ticketing queue triage.

Responsibilities

• Triaging inbound requests and monitoring ticketing queues.
• Reviewing requests for accuracy and completeness, flagging missing fields or documents.
• Dispatching and following up on standard vendor questionnaires (VCQ/VAQ).
• Escalating complex findings to the risk team for deeper analysis.
• Routing approvals or rejections following SOPs to maintain SLA.
• Managing the team inbox and providing templated workflow clarifications.
• Maintaining vendor risk tracking in required systems and ensuring audit readiness.
