Job summary

GR8 Global is seeking a Third Party Vendor Analyst to support the end-to-end Third Party Risk Management process, including onboarding, due diligence, risk questionnaires, performance assessments, remediation, and offboarding. You will review vendor services and contracts and collaborate with Legal, Compliance and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications preferred (CTPRP, CISA, CRISC, CISSP).
• 1-5 years of experience in third‑party risk management or related fields.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with GRC systems; RSA Archer is a plus.
• Experience with risk assessment tools and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist stakeholders with TPRM activities including risk questionnaires and vendor assessments.
• Review vendor contracts to determine TPRM applicability.
• Conduct touchpoints with stakeholders to address open items and close gaps.
• Guide users through vendor onboarding to offboarding.
• Adapt to new processes in response to regulatory changes.
• Maintain operational procedures for TPRM processes.
• Collaborate with third party providers, business units, Legal, Compliance and other teams.
• Support process improvements and participate in special TPRM projects.
