Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in procurement support or vendor management.
• Experience with scorecards, CAPs, and performance reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work across time zones and with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end Vendor Performance Management cycles.
• Prepare and manage scorecards in Jaggaer.
• Support data extraction and reporting for leadership.
• Organise SPM meetings and action follow-ups.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data handling protocols.
