Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. in Manila is seeking a Vendor Debits BE Process Lead to leverage deepening knowledge of Record to Analyze processes, handling complex General Ledger journals and intercompany reconciliations.

You will support the period end close, liaise with Clients' Financial Controllers, process bank reconciliations, and drive accuracy and control within the BSv organisation.

Qualifications

• Role based in BSv organisation.
• Preparation and finalization of the period and close activities and reporting, including interactions with Client's Financial Controllers.
• Processing of complex General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, allocations and other entries.
• Monitoring of fixed assets related transactions and budgets and contacting fixed asset owners to initiate capitalization.

Responsibilities

• Processing of bank statements on a daily basis and reconciliation of bank-related accounts.
• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and agreement of intercompany balances with counterparties.
• Initiation and execution of intercompany netting or settlements.
• Preparation and execution of Period End Close activities according to timetable and procedures.
