Capgemini Philippines is seeking a Vendor Debits Process Lead to manage complex transactions and period-end close activities within BSv organisation. The role focuses on delivering accurate reporting and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with client procedures and accounting manuals.

The candidate will handle preparation of journal entries, accruals, provisions and intercompany reconciliations, driving timely closure and quality outputs for client financial controllers.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of complex General Ledger journals, accruals, provisions, allocations and other entries according to schedules and client procedures.
• Initiation of accounting entries from non-standard events as per policies and manuals.
• Monitoring of period-end close and coordination with Client Finance Controllers to ensure timely reporting and reconciliations.
