Job summary

Astreya Philippines is seeking a Vendor Analyst to support subcontractor and staffing-partner programs. You will maintain vendor master data, complete compliance records, and generate spend reporting used by Vendor Manager for negotiations and governance.

This hands-on analytics role emphasizes turning fragmented data into a clear monthly cadence and flagging risks before client review. This role focuses on reporting, data integrity, and operational effectiveness within our vendor management

Qualifications

• Experience with vendor performance reporting and analytics.
• Ability to manage vendor master data and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of compliance controls and contract management.
• Experience supporting sourcing, RFPs and supplier comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain vendor scorecards and monthly/quarterly reporting packs.
• Own vendor master data, onboarding, contract repository and administration.
• Track compliance across the partner base and reconcile invoices.
• Run RFPs/RFQs and provide data for sourcing decisions.
