Job summary

Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation seeks a Vehicle Logistics Safety & Quality Engineer to join the Vehicle Logistics Department at the Batangas City center. You will drive safety, quality, and process improvements across vehicle delivery, auditing supplier adherence to Toyota standards, and leading Kaizen initiatives.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination with Internal Teams and LSPs, developing QC measures, route audits, risk assessments, and delivering regular progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in logistics or quality roles.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Toyota standards and lean methods.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and logistics providers to drive projects.
• Develop and monitor quality controls to prevent vehicle damage.
• Conduct route audits, root cause analyses, and risk assessments.
• Monitor project performance and report progress to management.
