Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation seeks a dynamic sales professional to meet loan targets and build strong relationships with dealers and clients. You will review applications, coordinate with partners, and ensure timely processing of documents.

The role requires fieldwork, industry knowledge in vehicle financing, and a willingness to train in Ortigas, Pasig. Immediate availability and travel readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder or college undergraduate.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in sales.
• Experience in vehicle sales or financing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure while meeting sales targets.
• Willing to attend a 2-week training program in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales targets through effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, financing partners, and clients.
• Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete before submission for credit investigation.
• Monitor loan applications and follow up on pending requirements to ensure timely processing.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and provide support to potential Loan Consultants.
• Ensure marketing and promotional materials are properly displayed and distributed at the branch.
• Conduct field visits to generate new leads, strengthen partner relationships, and expand market reach.
• Assist clients throughout the loan application process and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and other required documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth loan processing and approval.
