Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college undergraduate is required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Vehicle sales or financing experience is an advantage.
• Candidate must have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be target-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to undergo 2-week training in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Willing to travel and do fieldwork.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, financing partners, and clients.
• Check loan applications and required documents.
• Follow up on pending requirements and loan applications.
• Recruit, train, and support prospective Loan Consultants.
• Conduct field visits and generate new leads.
• Assist clients throughout the loan application process.
• Prepare sales reports and other required documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
